Mr. Quattlebaum was born and raised in Manning, SC, and attended
Clemson University,
receiving his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in 2001. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctorate from the
University Of Maryland School Of Law
in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Quattlebaum participated in the Education Law Clinic as a student attorney and also clerked with the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings where he assisted administrative law judges in the hearing and adjudication of employment, traffic, and education related issues.
Mr. Quattlebaum joined the private practice of Duff, White & Turner in
Columbia, SC
in 2006 where he represented public school districts and other private sector clients in various areas including civil and employment litigation defense, contract disputes, and public procurement and construction matters. He joined the Law Office of Richard J. Breibart, LLC in 2010, and is practicing in the area of civil litigation.
