Ms. Sarvis graduated from Clemson University in 1999. Thereafter, Ms. Sarvis received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and obtained firsthand experience with labor and employment issues as a Human Resources Director. She graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 2006, after being president of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Society. After being admitted to practice in New York, she became an associate in a New York education, employment, and municipal law firm representing school districts, post-secondary institutions, municipalities, and private sector employers. When she returned home to Lexington County , she became associated with a similar firm, where she primarily practiced in the areas of civil litigation and employment defense. At the Law Office of Richard J. Breibart, LLC, she is the supervising attorney for the firm's civil litigation department and represents plaintiffs and defendants in employment matters, commercial disputes, major personal injury claims, and other serious civil litigation.
